These Terms of Service govern your use of OIL-PRICE.NET including without limitation, any Web pages, services, content, newsletters, databases and information therein (collectively, the "Services").

BY CONTINUING TO USE THE SERVICES, YOU ARE INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, OIL-PRICE.NET IS NOT WILLING TO PROVIDE YOU WITH ACCESS TO THE SERVICES AND YOU SHOULD IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Changes

OIL-PRICE.NET may modify these Terms of Use. Any change will become effective when the revised Terms of Service (TOS) is posted; the effective date is listed at the top. Your use of OIL-PIRCE.NET following these changes means that your accept the revised TOS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER THE OIL-PRICE.NET ENTITIES NOR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND LICENSORS (THE "EXCLUDED PARTIES") SHALL BE LIABLE (JOINTLY OR SEVERALLY) FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR OR SAVINGS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOOD-WILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES; (iii) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR (iv) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE OIL-PRICE.NET ENTITIES EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE U.S. DOLLAR (U.S. $1.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID OIL-PRICE.NET, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

THE LIMITATIONS OF THIS SUBSECTION SHALL APPLY TO ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STATUTE, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE TWITTER ENTITIES HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

OIL_PRICE.NET DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SITE WILL ALWAYS BE ACCESSIBLE OR OPERATIONAL, THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED AT THE SITE IS ACCURATE, RELIABLE OR CORRECT, AND THAT ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold OIL-PRICE.NET and our respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and the Information Providers harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you upload, post, submit or otherwise make available through the Services, your use of the Services, and your violation of this Agreement.
